SPR HEALTH WORLD

Mrs Surekha Shinde founded SPR HEALTH WORLD in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, India in August of 2020. SPR HEALTH WORLD is a multi-activity centre primarily dedicated to the practise of Yoga and other arts, music, and dance-related activities. Kharghar Navi Mumbai is the location of the centre. This Center is self-contained and has over 600 square feet of carpet area. Yoga and other activities are held in a separate hall. The centre is also equipped with a separate section for art and music related activities. Shri. Vivek Mehtre, motivational speaker and success coach, and Yogacharya Shri Sudhir Mondkar jointly inaugurated this Center.

Bollywood Dance

Bollywood stars are versatile; they not only act, but each one has the dance skills of John Travolta in 'Saturday Night Fever.

Bollywood Dance is the name given to the dance-form used in Indian (Hindi) films. Bollywood Dance style is a fusion of various dance styles. It includes Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Bhangra, Jazz, Hip-hop, Arabic, Western dance to name a few. Classical Indian dance incorporates the two basic elements of dance and expression.

Bharatanatyam

Bharatanatyam is traditionally a team performance art that consists of a solo dancer, accompanied by musicians and one or more singers. The theory behind the musical notes, vocal performance and the dance movement trace back to the ancient Natya Shastra, and many Sanskrit and Tamil texts such as the Abhinaya Darpana.

Indian Classical Vocal

Indian classical music is the classical music of the Indian 

subcontinent. Indian classical music has two foundational elements, raga and tala. The raga, based on a varied repertoire of swara (notes including microtones), forms the fabric of a deeply intricate melodic structure, while the tala measures the time cycle.
