Yoga for Beginners
This course of yoga is designed for those who are beginners and want to include some yoga practice in their life. Participants will learn the basics of yoga for healthy living and also advance learning of yoga will keep them always energetic, positive and cheerful in day to day life.
It is believed that Philosophy of yoga is simply coordination of mind, body and spirit. Basics of yoga, health benefit Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Traditions Yoga. Even Chair yoga and advanced yoga technics are some types of yoga technics of my mastery.
