SPR HEALTH WORLD
SPR HEALTH WORLD, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, India was founded in the month August of 2020 by Mrs Surekha Shinde. SPR HEALTH WORLD is the multi activity center mainly for conduct of Yoga and other activities related to Art, Music & Dance. Center is located in Raj Tower CHS Ltd Sector 19, Kharghar Navi Mumbai. This health center is self-content and having more than 600 sqft of carpet area. There is separate hall for conduct of Yoga and other activities along with the separate space for art and music section. This space was inaugurated by motivational speaker and success coach Shri. Vivek Mehtre along with Yogacharya Shri Sudhir Mondkar.
The Founder
Mrs Surekha Shinde founder of center is of strong belief that for accomplishment of healthy lifestyle, “health and hobby” must go hand in hand. Mental health is also as important as physical health. Each and every individual must create its own space besides work. Keeping in mind this sincere ideology this center begins its full-fledged functioning from February 2021. The tag line of center is ‘Know your body and mind through Yoga and other activities’.
Surekha is always of views that, there is an overwhelming need of day for more and more such activity centers. What is lacking is not the skills or knowledge but the availability of platform and therefore the sincere effort has been made by founder Surekha by creating platform in the form of SPR HEALTH WORLD for the willing participants /trainees. SPR HEALTH WORLD is indeed Surekha’s Profound Recourse for healthy living.
